Privacy policy

What this website collects, why, who else handles it, and how to have it deleted. Last updated September 2026.

Who is responsible

This website is run by Dira Labs (“I”, “me”). Email [email protected] with any question about your data.

What I collect

  • Sample report requests. Your email address, and your name and company if you give them. Used to send you the report link and, if you ask, to reply to you.
  • Call bookings. Handled by Cal.com. When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email and any notes you add, and sends them to me so I can hold the call.
  • Emails you send me. Kept in my mailbox for as long as we are in touch.
  • Visits. Counted by a cookieless analytics tool that runs on this website’s own server. It records pages viewed, the referring site, a rough location from your IP address and your device type. It sets no cookies and your IP address is not stored.

What I don’t do

I don’t sell or rent your data. I don’t add you to a mailing list. I don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner.

Who else handles it

  • Cal.com, for call bookings.
  • Brevo, which delivers the emails this website sends.
  • Cloudflare, which protects and speeds up the website and runs the spam check on the form (Turnstile).
  • RackNerd, which hosts the server in the United States.
  • Google Workspace or Gmail, where my email is stored.

Each of them processes data under its own privacy terms.

How long it is kept

Form entries are deleted after 24 months. Website email logs are kept for 30 days. Analytics are kept in summary form. Client diagnostic data is covered by the engagement agreement, not this policy, and is deleted within 30 days of the readout unless the client asks otherwise.

Your choices

You can ask me to show you, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] and I’ll act on it within 30 days. If you live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California or Virginia, you have those rights too, and I’ll honor them the same way.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
