No advice or guarantee
The articles, examples and sample report are general information. The sample report is an example built to show the format: its company, people and numbers are illustrative, not results from a client and not a forecast for your business. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.
Engagements
A diagnostic, a build or ongoing work starts only when we both sign a written agreement. That agreement, not this page, sets the scope, price, confidentiality, ownership and data handling.

The text, diagrams and sample report on this site belong to Dira Labs. You may share links and quote short passages with credit. Please don’t republish whole pages or the report.
Product names and logos shown on this site, such as ServiceTitan, RingCentral, FieldEdge, QuickBooks and Google Sheets, belong to their owners. They show the software I work with, not a partnership or endorsement.
